White Chocolate cupcakes with candied kumquats. The recipe is from epicurious.

The whole thing started with the damn kumquats. We have a kumquat tree in our front yard and I had to make something with them! I couldn't let them go to waste. So I finally found this recipe which sounded good, although I really don't like white chocolate so go figure. And I made it. It was a real patchke, but they were yummy in the end.
